Pinnacle is amazing! Since we
haven't had any buck shows to go to lately, I had no idea how
amazing he was until I clipped him for appraisal... and boy, was
I surprised,
it was as though I was seeing him for the first time he was so
impressive. He’s large, long, tall and powerful with tremendous
angularity. Traits he is passing onto his daughters.
He recently had 6 daughters appraised in 3 different herds, and
the average score was 87.5; they were aged four to one.
His one daughter in our herd, Vinca, placed 10th at this years
National show (2006); we really like her. His maternal
Grandam, GCH Lucky*Star's F Krystal, was the Reserve National
Champion in 2005, she was also the Lamancha "Total Performer"
for the 2005 Nationals. She also excels in production, as
indicated by the following lactations: 3-11
305 3060 129 4.2% 100 3.0%; 5-00 305 2940 117 4.0% 96 3.3% .
We plan on using Pinnacle much more this fall. Semen is
available only from us at this time. To see more of

He’s Chamoisee and white like his dam, and has quite the
“do” on his very nice head - lots of curls! He excels in
dairy character being very angular and flat boned.
Vigilante descends from a strong maternal line that
excels in mammary and milk production. His dam,
Bad News, has consistently shown well, not only in local
shows but also at the Nationals, where for the last few
years she has been at the top of the class for her age.
Her last appraisal at 4-05 was 92(VEEE), her last two
milk records are
2-10
324 2980 106 3.5 89 3.0; and 3-10 275 2450 91 3.7 70
2.9. Bad New's dam Gazette also appraised
Excellent and milked over 3000 #'s. Vigilante
should be pre-potent for excellent mammary systems and
an increase in milk production. He will once again
be used extensively in the herd. Semen only
available at the farm.to see more

Xchange is dairy and long boned. He has a presence
that shouts "LOOK AT ME!" He's very wedge shaped
from the front, top, and side. A handsome young
man. We look forward to using him to improve dairy
character and milk production. At his first show,
XChange surprised us all, by going GCH receiving
his first full championship leg! Unfortunately, he
was in full rut and did not look his best for
appraisal... To see Xchanges dam and

There are 3 milking Marquez daughters (Noelle, Vaughn, and
Vizzion) in the herd; a 6 year old and 2 yearlings, their
average score is 88! He also has a number of daughters
in the Quixote herd, they can be seen at ( www.goatsleap.com),
his daughters excel in general appearance and mammary.
Marquez was a very gentle buck that excelled in general
appearance and stood on great feet and legs. I think
he looked his best at 7 years, unfortunately we did not
appraise; as I don't believe he would have had any trouble
appraising excellent. He was shown a number of times
once he came to the Northwest, where he finished his
championship and was BEST in SHOW many times. Marquez was a
great buck, maybe not to anyone but me, (and Rex and
Barbara) but I cherished the time he lived at our farm and I
consider myself very lucky to have been able to use him for
two years!

Monsoon daughters excel in general appearance and dairy
character. We currently have 6 milking daughters in the herd,
Nolina, Nolana, Razzle Dazzle, Sizzle, Tease and Tuscan, their
average appraisal scores are 90.5, see their pictures on our
doe
page. They continue to live up to our expectations. He appears
to improve height and roundness to the rear udder, stature,
smoothness and height to the withers, and decreases teat size.

California State Fair-2000, Oregon State Fair-2000 and

her accomplishments.
All of Ross's daughters milk! And in an attempt to
increase milk production, I am planning on using Ross on a few
does via AI! |
